Athletics South Premiership

Athletics South runs an interclub competition throughout both cross country (winter) and track & field (summer) seasons for both men and women.

Track & Field (T&F) - each week clubs are allocated Club Points from each round based on how many points the club gets for the round. The Club points are allocated as 1st=6, 2nd=5, 3rd=4, 4th=3, 5th=2, 6th=1. The club with the most Club Points wins the Premiership. 'Combined' is worked out by the club with most points from all rounds with men and women put together.

Cross Counrty (XC) - work basically the same as track & field part from Club Points are allocated as 1st=6, 2nd=4, 3rd=3, 4th=2, 5th=1. The club with the most Club Points wins the Premiership. 'Combined' is worked out by the club with most points from all rounds with men and women put together. The Combined Premiership is not an official AS Premiership for XC.

The Robin Hood - Most improved athlete for winter season.
