4.4km and 8.8km Course both starts at Kingston High School and turns left down the Channel Highway and then right into Beach Road. Left on to Balmoral Road and then on to Kingston Beach then right to get back on to Beach Road towards Kingston. The 4.4km course turns left into Church Street into Freeman Street to finish back at Kingston High School. While the 8.8km Course continues past church St and turns right into the channel Highway, then up Browns Rd, over Southern Outlet along Groningen Rd. Left into Fryer St, right into Campbell St then under the Huon Highway on to Foley Rd and then on to a track to Summerleas Road and back to the school through the underpass at McDonalds.
